Interested in working with Glennon?

I offer a range of services to help you survive and thrive in all stages of life. See a selection of my services below.

Glennon’s private practice includes counseling for individuals, couples and families. She emphasizes transitions, particularly premarital and marital counseling, postpartum relationship counseling, parenting issues and parenting after a divorce. Glennon also works with individuals struggling from anxiety, depression or relationship issues, using Bowen Family Systems Theory as the foundation for her approach.

In addition to counseling through family systems theory, Glennon will often use neurofeedback as a tool to help individuals self-regulate and learn to decrease the symptoms of anxiety. Examples include insomnia, fear of flying, obsessive compulsive disorder, sports-performance anxiety, generalized anxiety disorder and depression. She has also successfully used neurofeedback in working with individuals with Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) and migraine headaches.

 Premarital Counseling Package

For couples considering or planning to be married

In these private sessions, couples will reach the same learning outcomes as the Premarital Counseling class but we will delve deeper into each individual’s family of origin and related issues. This is a great option for couples wanting a more personalized and individualized premarital counseling experience.

 On-the-Spot Counseling

On demand counseling for life’s stressful moments

I am offering 15 or 30 minute in-the-moment sessions to help you get through troubling times.

When we are in an emotional moment with a family member, it is easy to lose control and snap.

Consider me your link to calmer and clearer thinking.  I can be in your living room with you in an instant, helping you work through a dilemma with your children, spouse, or partner. Or as always, I can assist  individuals who are just needing assistance processing the current situation and their response to it.

 Walking Sessions

For individuals interested in mental and physical health

If you are looking to jumpstart your self-care by combining mental and physical well-being at the same time, booking an in-person walking and talking session is available. These sessions will include A 50 minute walk on a predetermined course with a designated meet-up spot. If you would rather start with a 30 min walk we will divide the time between a walk and an in-office visit.
