Glennon’s private practice includes counseling for individuals, couples and families. She emphasizes transitions, particularly premarital and marital counseling, postpartum relationship counseling, parenting issues and parenting after a divorce. Glennon also works with individuals struggling from anxiety, depression or relationship issues, using Bowen Family Systems Theory as the foundation for her approach.
In addition to counseling through family systems theory, Glennon will often use neurofeedback as a tool to help individuals self-regulate and learn to decrease the symptoms of anxiety. Examples include insomnia, fear of flying, obsessive compulsive disorder, sports-performance anxiety, generalized anxiety disorder and depression. She has also successfully used neurofeedback in working with individuals with Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) and migrane headaches.
